    Oh what a relief it is to have 24 meals prepped and ready for my family this fall!! No matter what comes our way, we will be prepared….at least for a few weeks where dinner is concerned. I attempted to follow the schedule (see that schedule and the recipes: link here ) for pulling all this together as per written, but I also chose a week that wasn’t probably ideal for tackling the project.   • Baked Oatmeal

    Oatmeal is one of those staples that is wonderful to keep in the pantry. It’s relatively inexpensive and has a long shelf life. We have quite a bit on hand but my kids just don’t gobble it up like they used to. After a while we grow tired of eating a lot of the same thing and kids are no exception.
